| KEEP COOL THIS SUMMER WITH OUR DELICIOUS LEMON ICE TEA RECIPE: |

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 tablespoon black tea leaves or 2 black tea bags
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 6 cups boiling water
- lemon slices, optional, to serve
Method
- Place tea leaves or bags, lemon, cinnamon and sugar in a large teapot or coffee plunger. Pour over boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes to steep.
- Strain or plunge tea and pour into cups or glasses. Add lemon slices , if using. Best served over iced.
Notes
- Time plan: 3 hours before serving - prepare the tea if serving it iced. When guests arrive - prepare the tea if serving it hot.
